Order Flow Constellation

Menu Mitra runs across 6 simultaneous screens. This visualization maps live order state as a constellation — each node a station (POS, KDS, Server, Table, Bar, Ops), each orbiting dot an active order moving through the pipeline. Operators see the whole system breathing at a glance.
