Process
I don't just hand off static mockups. I deliver working prototypes and a coded design system — so when developers pick it up, the guesswork is already gone. These aren't rigid steps either — I loop back, test, break things, and refine until it actually works.
I don't open Figma on day one. I open a conversation. I talk to users, read support tickets, sit with the sales team. Most of the time, the real problem isn't what anyone thinks it is — it's buried two layers down in a workflow nobody questions anymore.

Trythat.ai's original interface — I mapped every friction point before opening a design tool.
